Breeders of American and European style Great Danes. We Fell in love with the breed over 18 years ago. After much deliberation made the decision to start our own small breeding program. Taking the time to research and find the best mentors. Making sure that we are doing the very best for our Danes. It’s been 17 years now and still just in love with the breed as when we started.

Sand Mountain Danes is committed to breeding healthy, happy Danes with excellent temperaments and confirmation to breed standard. All of our Danes are raised as part of our family and spoiled from day one! Pups live in our home, around our children and other pets, being exposed to early neurological stimulation and sound and texture enrichment.
Finding the perfect home
We want to make sure that every puppy finds the perfect home. That's why we have a thorough adoption process. The first step is filling out puppy application. This gives us an opportunity to find out more about you.

What We Offer
All of our dogs come with
2-year genetic health guarantee, Lifetime Breeder support, age-appropriate vaccinations,
deworming at 2,4,6,8 weeks and dew claws removed when possible. Each are also checked by veterinarian before they leave to make sure you are getting the healthiest pup possible.

AKC limited registration is offered for all puppies. AKC full registration is available to a select few approved homes.

We are experienced with ground and airline transport within the US and can arrange this for you. Transport is an additional fee and not included in the price of puppy.
If interested in airline transport No Puppies Left Behind is a flight nanny service that we highly recommend.

Ground transport is available for most places. Price depends on location. It is direct routes from pick up location to drop off location and within a day. No 2+ day travel or extra pick ups along the way. In some situations meeting may also be available for a fee.
